Grand opening slated for March 9 with $75 gift cards to the first 75 guests and a fundraiser for The Olathe Mayor’s Children’s Fund
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Feb. 28, 2023) – Peter Piper Pizza, the “food, family and fun” brand, is introducing its newest concept, Peter Piper Pizzeria, in the Kansas City area at 15139 W. 119th St. in Olathe this month. The new fast casual restaurant will serve made-from-scratch, hand-tossed pizzas and pan pizzas, plus wings, salads, pasta, sandwiches and desserts, as well as wine and craft beer.
Peter Piper Pizzeria will have an entertainment element, with retro arcade games for the whole family and numerous TVs streaming live sports and entertainment. The 2,500-square-foot space will showcase the innovative Roto-Flex® oven, the first of its kind in Kansas City, and will feature a hand-painted mural by local artist Chance Hunter.
A grand opening event will be held on Thursday, March 9, at 11 a.m., with the first 75 guests receiving a $75 gift card and 50% of opening day sales going to The Olathe Mayor’s Children’s Fund. Guests will experience a new approach to pizza such as stone-baked pizzas using the modern technology of stone decks featured in our Roto-Flex® ovens and select handmade appetizers using only the freshest ingredients.

The menu focuses on specialty pizzas like BBQ Chicken and the Butcher’s Block Pizza, all prepared with dough made from scratch, and includes wings tossed in a variety of flavors such as Signature Piper and Everything Bagel. Other signature items are the Mandarin Cranberry Salad, the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, the Ricotta & Tomato Cavatappi Bake and a Cinnamon Crunch dessert.
A second area Peter Piper Pizzeria, which will feature an even larger game room, is scheduled to open summer 2023 on Ward Parkway in Kansas City proper.
